Self Healing
Self
healing is within us all. It
is a process through which we
come to realize the true perfection
of our physical and spiritual
self.
Each cell in our body at one
time in our individual history,
was in perfect harmony with
our Divine nature.Each cell
in our body renews itself many
times in our lifetimes, and
each cell holds within it this
Divine nature.
Through physical incarnation
on this earth plane, stresses
and strains occurring within
our emotional or physical self
may affect our thought patterns
in an adverse way or distort
the cells in our physical body,
manifesting various dis-orders
or dis-eases in a specific area,
and may subsequently invade
many other places within the
body.
When the damaged cells in these
areas renew, they renew themselves
in the same pattern as they
have now become, believing this
to be their true nature.
It is therefore necessary to
reverse this belief, and the
process of self healing is to
make the relevant cells believe
again that their true nature
is that of perfection. Many
medical ‘prescriptions’
allow this reversal to occur
without any personal input.
However, this is not always
the case, and we are looking
here at an alternative way to
enhance medical ‘prescriptions’
and/or choose a way for our
cells to ‘remember’
their perfection again by way
of changing our thinking, or
beliefs.
It is easy to forget that our
outer condition in many ways
reflect our inner beliefs, but
one of the ways back into the
peace and harmony of mind, body
and spirit is through meditation
and deep contemplation of our
own perfection, of our own Divine
nature.
We may look for assistance within
the words of many an enlightened
writer, or words brought into
our consciousness, or by the
use of symbols, or earth energies,
and in many other ways that
I need not go into here.
Self healing may be a slow process,
requiring determination, effort,
dedication and self reflection,
or it may be instantaneous.
Whatever the outcome it may
not be judged or criticized,
for free will and choices shape
each individual pathway.
